What I work on
At a turning point
You feel you have hit a dent in the road. How will your journey continue?
Potential not yet reached
You sense there is more in you than you currently show. What is keeping you from growing?
Finding purpose
The pressure to perform makes you fear losing track of who you are and what you really want. What matters most to you?
About
“When going deep, people usually find gold…”
“A person is a complex being. That is a good thing. But complexity ties your potential together with whatever is keeping you from growing. That is where coaching comes in. I walk with you while you find your own way out of the labyrinth.”
“…and the gold is usually hidden deep within.”
Ed Bayo has a long track record in consulting and advisory, with a background in economics and finance and experience in operations and strategy. Along the way he discovered that what leaders need most is rarely another tool, but a place to look deeper.
Coaching is about you, your goals and your aspirations. It is a safe place to grow, personal and confidential.
Ed has lived in the USA, Spain and Austria, with professional experience across Europe. He is based in Salzburg and works with clients in English, Spanish and German, in person and online. He is also currently researching how Alpine communities live with climate uncertainty.
